PROSPERITY WILL JUDGE OUR LEADERS

History should not fail us because in Rwanda the dreadful genocide had its roots in the some sections of the church and the media who continued preaching messages and writing up stories which only served to promote heavy tension between the Tutsis and the Hutus which eventually resulted into one of the world’s worst genocide.
My advice to the Church is that when people’s hearts are so tensed up as it is in Zambia the best we can do is not to incite them but to calm them down while ways to bring about peace are being formulated. For once we slide into anarchy we shall fail to stop it and many including innocent ones shall pay heavy toll.
Even the media that is promoting this tension in Zambia with hope for anarchy in the name of press freedom will not be spared. This I believe the majority of Zambians is not what we need for our country.
With or without president Rupiah Banda or Mr Michael Sata, Zambia should remain above board. Ballots do not lie and if he is sure of his popularity let him wait for the voting time.
I perceive that politics in Zambia is becoming a devil’s tool to steal, kill and destroy because most of those involved and their supporters look at it as a means of economic gain than a service for development. Zambia should wake up and learn what is going on in developed world where political change is being propagated in a civilized way without anarchy.
