IG save us from your traffic officers

We are poor Taxi drivers who are trying to make a living by transporting people from one location to the other. But the challenge has come, your traffic police officers at Nchanga police station are reaping where they did not sow

They are chasing our fellow drivers like criminals who have escaped from prison, and this happen deep in the Townships where they are roads. What I mean Madam IG is that your traffic police officers are mounting check points even where there are no done roads in the Townships.

We are ignorant citizens, but is it allowed for your police officers to mount a check point in the Township where roads are almost impassable? Is it alright for your traffic officers to be ambushing motorists using a private vehicle? Is it alright for your officers to be pursuing motorists in Townships like they are chasing wanted criminals?

This is a recipe for corruption if nothing seems to work out we shall be prompted to protest against your officers and one day we shall stand ready to take any action that we deem fit. We are waiting to hearing from you.
