Mansa General Hospital hit by poor staffing levels

Mansa General Hospital Medical officer Dr Jose Sulu has disclosed that the hospital has a shortage over 133 health workers.
Dr Sulu disclosed that among the health workers that the hospital is short of are 98 Nurses, 11 doctors, 35 administrative officers and other staffs at the hospital. Dr Sulu (right) says there is need to employ more health workers if the hospital is to operate more effectively.
She said this when Luapula Province Minister Benson Kapaya (middle) and Mansa District Commissioner Mirriam Kauseni (left) toured the Hospital.
