Link Zambia creates ’14,000 jobs

About fourteen thousand (14,000) jobs have been created so far under the Link Zambia 8000 Road project since its launch by President Michael Sata in September last year.
The project which is expected to take about five to eight years was projected to create about twenty four thousand jobs in the construction sector mainly for young people.
Road Development Agency (RDA) Director and Chief Executive Officer Bernard Chiwala has told Qfm in an interview that under the Link Zambia Project, the RDA has been creating not less than two hundred jobs per month.
